Small homes and apartments under 1000 ft.² $40 per visit weekly four visits per month orbiweekly is $45 per visit

Single-family homes 1000 to 2000 ft.² $55 per visit monthly or biweekly $65 per visit

Midsize estates 2000 -3500 ft.² $70 per visit for four visits monthly or biweekly at $80 per visit

Large luxury Estates 3500 ft.² to 5000 ft.² $100 per visit for visits per month or $115 biweekly

Concierge services

Keyholder access and vendor supervision $45 per hour one hour minimum we will supervise contractor service workers or anyone requiring property access while you are away

Grocery and pantry stocking $50 flat fee plus cost of goods. Share your list and we’ll shop and stock before you arrive. One run to a single store of your choice.

Emergency and after hour visit

Emergencies happen out of schedule, nights, weekends holidays hurricanes. These checks are available at two times your standard rate because some things can’t wait.
